Cedric Thompson, a dedicated Workforce Evangelist with an impressive background in education and community empowerment. With over two decades of professional experience, Cedric's journey began in the rural South. As a freshman at Benedict College, he made a life-changing decision to dedicate his career to creating opportunities for those with the least access to them.
Throughout his career, Cedric's passion has centered on teaching in and leading inner-city schools, driven by a profound commitment to uplift underserved communities. In the last six years, he has channeled his energy into connecting residents with meaningful career pathways that lead to lifelong success and quality employment opportunities.
Cedric's work is a testament to his unwavering belief in the transformative power of education and workforce development. He champions the idea that everyone, regardless of their background, should have access to the tools and resources needed to thrive in their careers and lives.
